The WiFi was not strong enough for calls and the breakfast room opened a bit late, which was not ideal for early risers. , there were some construction noises at night and lost items during cleaning, which was not a great experience.

The staff was amazing, especially Gerardo, Karla, Fanny, and Guillermo. The General Manager, Lic Selene, was very nice and attentive. Valet parking and door staff were excellent. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful architectural design.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided impeccable service. The facilities were top-notch and the pool area was beautiful.

The property was well-designed with beautiful architecture and the location was convenient. the swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunny weather during Easter. Plus, there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available to keep you comfortable throughout the day.

The service was terrible and the food was even worse. Despite ordering poolside, we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food.
